2020 San Diego Century Ride is Cancelled

It is with great sadness and disappointment that we are announcing the 2020 San Diego Century Bike Ride's cancellation due to the restrictions throughout California around the COVID 19 crisis. Our team and stakeholders have worked diligently over these past several months to create COVID mitigation processes, safety processes for our volunteers, riders and staff, and other considerations in the hope of conducting the 14th annual event.

As a small business who takes great pride in our events, this decision is very difficult, but we're left with no other choice. Additionally, our host venue, Mira Costa College, is closed in the fall, and we would not be able to host the ride at MCC.

We are offering full rollover of your entry, in whatever distance and package you purchased to either the May 22, 2021 race or to the 2022 race. You can also opt-into our virtual race.

Please select which of these options you'd like to choose for your 2020 entry by clicking here. We will need a selection by September 15, 2020.

We remain dedicated to creating and hosting a professional and fun ride in future years. Look for some exciting changes to the event branding, venue, and courses in 2021.

Regards,
Spectrum Sports Management
